She Conquer$ Collective was started by a spicy squad of fierce females who were so over bad advice, burnout culture, and pretending we had it all together. So, we did what women do best—we teamed up, got real, and built something way better: a collective where truth-telling, smart moves, and sisterhood run the show.

We’re the kind of women who’ll hype you up, hand you a plan and a margarita, and remind you that building a life you love doesn’t have to be lonely (or boring). We’re instant friends with big hearts, big brains, and an even bigger mission: to help women win—without losing their minds in the process.

Tracy Hightower-Henne, founding partner at Hightower Reff Law, has 16 years of experience in family law, specializing in divorce, mediation, child custody, support, property division, and collaborative divorce. Known for her sharp legal expertise and empathy, she helps clients navigate life's toughest transitions. With a background in corporate law and tax, Tracy excels in handling complex financial matters. Outside the courtroom, she advocates for women in business and has received the Midlands Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and Ten Outstanding Young Omahans (TOYO) awards.

Tracy leads with purpose, whether in heels or scuba fins.

Lana is a financial advisor specializing in helping individuals navigate the financial complexities of divorce and other life changes. With extensive experience in tax planning and wealth management, Lana provides personalized strategies to help clients protect their assets, rebuild their financial foundation, and move forward with confidence.

As a former college athlete Lana understands the discipline, resilience, and strategic mindset needed to overcome challenges. That same mentality drives Lana’s approach to helping clients take control of their financial future and conquer life.
